At Lift my role is very complicated sometimes. Not only am I responsible for the day-to-day operations, I’m also the Business Analyst, the Sales Executive, a User Experience Designer and the Project Manager. So when we get a project, I’m very heavily involved and because of this I never miss a beat with our clients expectations. I feel this is the reason why Lift is doing some great things, as we manage our time well and we treat our customers with respect. We do this by providing great communication, setting the client’s expectations and meeting those expectations.
